You should contact the accommodation in advance before staying because you have to wait for the room manager to open the room. You cannot check in through the lobby like in a hotel.

The location was great, but check-in was a bit odd. This apartment doesn't allow short stays or Airbnb, so you can't bring your luggage through the front gate. Instead, an agent picks it up and meets you on the street in a neighboring apartment building. Imagine if it 's raining! The room 's cleanliness wasn't impressive — the sofa was smelly, and the entire room had a damp, musty odor, as if it hadn't been properly aired out. We had to buy air freshener. The bed was also uncomfortable and below standard. The bathroom wasn't bad, and they had hot water. There 's a kitchen with utensils, but we didn't use any of it. The agent was really nice and helpful, but I might prefer to stay in a different unit next time. Mine was on level 50!

The location is very close to KLCC and Siria Mall, about 5 minutes from the apartment gate. The service was very satisfying, the agent took us to/from the apartment. Safe location and complete facilities d apart. For toiletries, kitchen equipment and washing equipment. For 2 bedrooms clean and comfortable for a small family. On the second day there was a problem with the bathroom water drain not flowing properly, after reporting it to the agent it was immediately repaired during working hours. And problem solved. Very responsive and helpful. Recommended place to stay if looking around the KLCC area.

Tower C floor 50 room 01. Very close to Suria KLCC mall, walk 4 minutes to arrive. Arriving at the apartment at 23.32, we were subject to a late check-in charge of 80RM even though we had confirmed tickets as proof of late check-in because the plane was delayed, but there was no excuse. Suggest: no late check in charge for flight delay reason because it is out of customer willingness. Complete room facilities, kitchen, kitchen set, cutlery, bath soap, shampoo, laundry liquid, washing machine and dry machine are always in good working order. Plastic waste refill ready stock in trash. Wifi is smooth. Netflix on TV has several pay channels so it's not fully watched. Please replace the 3 beds in all bedrooms with new ones, because the bed support wires pierce your body if you sleep on it and it hurts if you wake up in the morning after falling asleep in bed. Amanah apartment staff is ok waiting at check-in and checkout with a safe return deposit of 200rm. Overall the apartment is very good for a staycation with a large family. Next time we will consider staying here again, hopefully we can receive suggestions and input for improvements. Thanks
