The hotel staff was friendly, and they offered airport drop-off. The hot water was a bit slow for a shower. Overall, it's fine, especially for transit.

It seems that in this hotel there is no SOP for cleaning the room. Never offered to clean the room. We have to ask to clean the room. Even then it can only be done after 12 o'clock. For coffee, tea & sugar sachets, we have to ask for it to be given. If we don't ask, it probably won't be given. The staff who cleans the room is very unfriendly. It seems like asking her to clean the room is very burdensome for her. There is no smile & friendly greeting. Really surprising...

The AC in the room was not cold. Finally moved rooms. But got 2 beds. Even though in the order chose 1 large bed. The receptionist was not friendly. Not full smile.

First time staying here, from the price side it is quite affordable. The location is close to the old airport. The service is quite good, breakfast did not have time to try because the room is room only. Overall it is good for an Inn Hotel. The service should be improved further, thank you Batu Emas Inn.
