I booked a studio ocean view with 2 king beds but they assigned me a city view and bay apartment. I requested to change the apartment as I had booked. They helped me change it to a direct ocean view apartment (2106) but as soon as it opened. The room was dirty, smelly, the bathroom carpet was terribly wet and dirty, the floor was squeaky and slimy, very dirty, the sofa table still had food from guests in front of it, there were many ants on the bed and there were still hairs on the bed. . There are still 2 beds but 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, still not according to the description in my booking confirmation. I booked a room for 4 people so I booked a large bed, but it was arranged like that. I asked again to get the same room as the room I booked, but no, the person who received my booking said that if I did not accept this room, I would return to the room I initially received. I made it clear that I wanted to check in to the room I booked, but you still said that if I didn't accept this room, I'd go back to the other room. When I became tense, that person told me he sympathized, because there were only 2 rooms left. I'd rather say from the beginning that I will sympathize and happily accept, but this person accepts a booking for this room but gives the guest another room and also comes with very bad hygiene, then please avoid this apartment, too scary!
