The location is very good, close to the Rajawali station (for those who are used to it). The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. The chat with the receptionist is informative. You can get free wifi. The room facilities are worth it for this price. The AC is cold, the water heater works, the bathroom is clean. The only amenities are 1 bottle of mineral water and 2 toothbrushes. The downsides are that there are no mats and towels provided (you have to ask for them first by chatting with the receptionist), the TV remote is really annoying, there is no Netflix (even though this is what is expected), both night lights are dead, it is not soundproof (at night you can hear people talking outside, thumps above, knocking beside, and loud music). In conclusion, it is recommended for those who are just staying for a night or two.
