Overpriced for rooms with no shower, TV and foul smell. Waste of money, we actually wanted a refund.

The place was very cozy and my daughter and I loved it

Quiet and the service was good. In walking distance there was a park where you can relax. The onsen needs to be a little too small.

The “private bathroom” was only a toilet and no shower in the room. We needed to use the public bath for shower which was very old and covered in dust. The ceiling in our room had a water damage and was covered with black mould.

A wonderful stay in a nice, quiet onsen area in Yugawara. Great getaway for a couple days away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
