We’ve arrived late night on 01.10.2024 with wife and baby after a terrible flight and a long journey from Alania, to stay till the morning on the way back home to Georgia. I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for us a couple of times because we don’t have a local sim-card and didn’t even know how to do it without an application. She answered all my questions about the city, exchange, shopping and all others, thanks God u worked that day, cuz I don’t know what we could do without u, you’re the best ❤️ I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee of your hotel and draw the attention of senior managers to the exemplary and excellent work of the administrator. With such an approach to the work of your employees, your hotel will obviously be popular with tourists and locals. I wish you good luck and prosperity in business! Hope to see u soon 👍

this was amazing! very clean, very friendly and helpful at the reception. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

ホテルそのものは快適でした。 宿泊したのは最上階でしたが、素晴らしい眺めのバルコニーを堪能できました。 一方不満点は以下の通り。 １．ホテル併設のレストランをしつこく勧められたので行ってみたが、ホテルではお酒があると言っていたのになかった点。 ２．部屋にあった洗濯機の使い方が分からず、洗濯は辛うじて出来たものの脱水が出来ず苦労した点 ３．不確かな事は言いたくないが、WIFIを繋いだ連れが言うにはこのホテルからインターネットバンキングへの不正ログインがあった模様。
