They had our room reservation but refused to allow my daughter to check in after her flight from the USA. They claimed they couldn't charge my credit card and she had to pay 180 euro in cash at the front desk in order to stay. The desk lady only spoke Polish so I had an interpreter call to see what the issue was. They claimed they tried to contact me about the payment but I got no emails or phone calls from them. My daughter ended up going to another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel unless you speak Polish, seriously, unless you have a Polish interpreter handy. This hotel is near the Brandenburg "International" airport so shouldn't be a stretch to have someone there speak English.

The property is far away from Berlin. I would not stay there again. The room was listed with air-conditioning, but the lady charged us additional 7 euro for it. It is not about the money, but should be listed as the option and have a price. Otherwise it is a hidden fee.

1-you must have car to go there, no bus, no known, even taxi and bus drivers don't know it. 2-there is no any stors, restaurant, grocery...for kms, 3- She is running a restaurant too, but, closing at 8pm 4-by taxi, 35-45 EU. 5- very quiet 6-For that much money...!!! 7-but she help as much as she can.

The hotel is in suburban area, very difficult to reach using public transportation. 30 mins walk to the nearest bus station. I arrived at 9pm using taxi, suppose to be 20 mins from air port, but hard to find...taxi along cost the same as one night stay. Food bar closed at 8pm, and no nearby restaurant,dark outside. I m glad i reduced 1lb or twoweightby skipping dinner.

What an amazing experience place to stay...Yes, it's a little out of the way, but it huge on old Germany/Austrian hospitality, all meals are local produce and most made on premises, cheese, cream, everything on the menu is produce by your host or locals, nothing out of a can...meals are delicious! Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless, the TV was huge and looked brand new, aircon was charge extra, but hey it's of little cost and worth it. The huge backyard was a magical forest type play area for the kids...or a beautiful shady spot to enjoy a couple of very cold fine German bottles of beer. I got to say the hotel was one of the best I have stayed in since I started touring German...what it has is a real down to earth friendliness and I went away thinking I had been warmly welcomed into my host's home....For a real German stay, this is the place to book in.

Hotel management email sent whilst we were on plane to Berlin and read on arrival at 2130 hours that our room would only be held till 1800 hrs. Unable to get access into hotel at 2230hrs we gave up. Hotel still charged us for non show. Very disappointed with attitude and response from Hotel management regarding our situation and no refund forthcoming.

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed several. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was wonderful. It was in a beautiful area surrounded by the woods. I hope to come here again.

Traditional Hotel, no food after 7pm leaving you with a dive to nearest restaurant. Lady who served us was very nice and helpful. Room was very much 70,s bling.

Sick of plastic large chain hotels ... try this. No, it hasn't got a nightclub or flash furniture or even a huge bath. But it is located in quiet, rural Germany with easy access to the highway and windows that open for the fresh air. And food! Jammed full of fresh, homemade produce and cooking from Poland, Germany and Austria, a food lover's paradise. Get there soon .... before it is too late.

The hotel is rustic but also very clean and well-kept with a lot of character. The rooms are cosy and unique and I enjoyed my stay here. The WIFI was very good and the breakfast was equally so. I had a balcony looking out towards the woods and it was lovely and peaceful at night. I visited in winter and there is an attractive beer garden out the back which would be nice when it is warmer. The owner is also very friendly. The location is remote and there is nothing nearby. There is a town 2km away which has restaurants, bars and a supermarket. A very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hideway in Brandenburg. Access to Berlin easy - with a car. Scenic countryside around. Very nice breakfast - very recommendable

Nice little Hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect for a couple nights to relax with the family. Perfect hotel for visitors of tropical islands.For longer visits a little too far away from the city and sights. Older decoration and furniture, but very clean and need. Superb breakfast and nice flatscreen TV. We will definetely be back next year.

We've stayed in double room, very clean and comfy with huge TV,it's in the middle of nowhere so it's quiet. very friendly lady at reception speaks German, Polish and some English, she recommended very nice Vietnamese restaurant few miles from the hotel - perfect choice for dinner, it was a bit cold in the room at night but loads of blankets so we've managed. we were allowed late breakfast and checkout after new years so all together very happy with the hotel.

On a recent family tourist visit to Berlin, my family and I stayed in this quiet hotel 20 minutes outside the city. It was quaint, charming and quiet - wonderful after a hectic day in Berlin! Nice propieter who has great recommendations for nearby restaurants and sites to visit.

Die Beschreibungen entsprach keinesfalls der Realität, das Navi führte uns in ein Niemandsland,nach Rückruf im Hotel fanden wir es an einer stark befahrenen Straße,das Restaurant und die Winothek schien es garnicht mehr zu geben, auf dem Waschtisch im Bad klebten gelbe Spritzer, nach Erwartung eines romantischen kleinen Hotels mit gemütlichem Restaurant war es leider ein Enttäuschung
