Me Encanto; todos muy amable; nos dieron chance de Guardar Nuestro equipaje antes de tiempo

No nos cambiaron las toallas al segundo dia, las sábanas tampoco fueron cambiadas y estaban sucias. Muy pequeña la ducha y no dan shampoo o tema de servicio de planchado como dice el anuncio.

Very convenient location… extremely helpful and friendly staff… English and Spanish spoken… comfortable bed… setting areas located on each floor… Bathroom was small (in the room I was in) but very functional with hot water available… I will be staying here the next time I’m in Cuenca.

Todo estuvo bastante bien

The location is great, right across from a beautiful park and church with restaurants across the park. The room was nice but was missing the shower door and the floor could have been cleaner. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. The coffee was good but the breakfast was just okay although the scrambled eggs were great. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is a boutiquish hotel with an excellent staff I would recommend it as a good value

I loved our little room with the view of the church and plaza.

The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca

Cute clean little hotel with great staff. Rooms were unfortunately way too warm with no fans or AC. Evenings are cool enough to open the window but still too hot

This is an amazing place to stay! Great staff, who really helped with any concerns of mine. The decor and ambiance are beautiful and really made the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend. This location made it easy to get around and explore.

Great location, courteous staff, tasty and plentiful breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms spotless with very hot shower. Exceptional internet speed over their wifi. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed with your experience at this place!

Al llegar quien me recibiò cumplio con sus funciones basicas pero muy poca cercania y poca calidez a la hora dar indicaciones y una pesima actitud a la hora de contestar mis inquietudes. Pero en el siguiente turno fui atendido por Erika, quie me atendioʻ de una manera muy cordial con excelente actitud y sigeriendome actividades dentro y fuera de la ciudad, sin haberselo consultado. Quiero felicitar a Erika or su excelente servicio!
