DO NOT STAY HERE! Very unhappy with the people working rhere. Had a very bad experience

Staff was very laid back. Would say they are sending something right away and it would take half hr. Breakfast was not ready until like 8 or later even though it started earlier. Room service was fine. Tea was good. Washroom stank a bit. Ac worked but a bit loud.

Booked this place and has been the best service within the location..staff very friendly and supportive. Food amazing simply superb. Hope they keep up the quality as ever.

The service, staff and food were amazing. Very courteous and helpful staff members. The price was very reasonable with the experience provided. We had dinner there and truly enjoyed it. My partner loved the fire wings, but he did not like the chicken caesar salad so much. I loved all of the items I ordered- butter kulcha, paneer and the tropical sunrise. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I liked that even though it was not very spicy, it still had good flavor. Even though my partner is non-vegetarian, he also enjoyed it. In the future, I would suggest offered a few non-veg options for the buffet, such as simple chicken sausage. The rooms were pristine and cool. They provide towels, soap, toothpaste and hair dryer. The TV channels were very limited and not very good, so I would recommend to bring your own entertainment. We did not get a chance to explore the amenities due to our short stay. We will certainly stay here if we visit Mysore again. Highly recommend!!

The property is prime new. Spacious rooms with nice ambiance. Delicious buffet breakfast.

Overall service was decent but i was asked to pay extra for breakfast even though it show as free breakfast included in expedia .

Neat and comfortable

The hotel is close to Mysore palace and most other tourist attractions in Mysore. Expedia showed the room with breakfast but I was told at the hotel that breakfast is chargeable.

I stayed with my 4 member family in a suite room and it was really nice and pleasent stay. Will totally come back to this place
