Excellent hotel. The staff are excellent, thank you Sofia for all of your help. The rooms are impeccable. I would strongly recommend eating at the in house restaurant. The 2 star Michelin Chef is great. The hotel went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday while we were there. The hotel is located close to just about everything. I would also highly recommend visiting the Porcelain & Ceramic Museum in Vista Allegre. It is a 10 minute cab ride away

Beautiful hotel with a lovely friendly service

This was a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive service and located within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The assistance we received with parking our car was very appreciated and started off our stay in the perfect way. Beds were comfortable and rooms were luxurious. Would love to return and stay longer.

Felt like a hidden oasis in a charming town with excellent and very attentive staff and impeccable facilities including outdoor terrace and pool. Will absolutely return.

The hotel staff were very helpful and offered recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The gal didn't speak English and I don't speak Portuguese (sorry!), but we made it work. The hotel breakfast was soooo good. The property overall was very nice and it is steps away from restaurants and shopping, but very quiet.

Perfection in a small luxury hotel. Staff were the next level of hospitality and could not have been more friendly and helpful. The above and beyond the normal service standard was incredible and every detail was catered for. It felt a home from home. Standards were exceptionally high. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is up there with the best. Congratulations to the staff and hotel...

The staff is highly attentive from front desk through wait staff. The spa amenities are good and the hot tub is great.

A town not a lot of people visit, but a hotel that makes it a pleasure when you do.

A majestic stay. The finest hotel to stay at in Aveiro. The staff goes above and beyond. We recommend visiting the local park with the duck pond. It was awesome. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and the coffee wow. They make a mean brew. The spa is very clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the senses shower. A great place to honeymoon. Definitely going back!
