Great unit, clean and stocked well.

terrible customer service and building

Lovely apartment, generally well furnished and stocked. Excellent location--convenient to Union Station and free bus. Very clean. The lack of a lamp in the family room creates a problem for evening activities. Please add a floor lamp. Instructions for using elevator were weak. Was difficult to figure out and needed help from other residents. Saw other people having the same issues. Overall, a very nice stay!

I wanted to share my feedback on the unit I recently stayed in. Overall, I found it to be spacious and clean, and the city views from the 8th and 23rd floor were fantastic. I was also very impressed with the fitness center. I did notice a couple of minor issues. The bed frame seemed to have some loose slats that made a bit of noise, and there was an area of frayed carpet that exposed a sharp tack strip. While not a major problem, it could potentially be a safety concern. On a more positive note, I absolutely loved the scent in the lobby! It was quite unique, and I tried to find out what it was and where I could purchase it, but unfortunately, no one I spoke with knew the details. Using the elevator was a bit tricky, but thankfully, we were usually able to follow a resident who knew how to operate it. The location was very convenient, just a couple of short blocks from Union Station and directly across the street from a Whole Foods Market.

The absolute worst stay ever! The place was disgusting & the shower didn't drain. But WORSE they changed our room without telling us so we had to sit on hold to find out why the code to the door didn't work and then when we came back to the apartment there was a stranger in our room with our stuff who was given our room as well!!!!! Now they aren't refunding me unless I make a million phone calls. Our entire stay was ruined.

Great location for me, easy train to and from airport. Easy access to room. Clean and well maintained room. Will definitely consider them again in future

Wonderful property.

Really nice property and great communication from Mint House. Unit itself had dirty glasses and kitchen surfaces. But the rest of the unit seemed clean. Very pretty view and comfortable bed and pull out sofa. All in all a good value and a nice stay in a great location.

Nice room and quite affordable for the value. Disappointed in the last minute notice of no pool (which was a factor in deciding where to stay) with no recompense, and the door code upon arrival did not work and I had to call to get a new one. Also, the espresso machine in the lobby did not work, and according to the staff downstairs, this does not seem like a rare occurrence. Minor hiccups, but overall a pleasant stay. Nice to have Whole Foods nearby, beds were comfortable.
