The hotel is not a RedDoorz partner hotel, it's Oyo, I'm very disappointed

When checking in the room was not ready, there was a deposit of 100,000, ID card was held. Room 403 the mattress spring was broken, the AC was not cold, the shower was small, there were no tissues, drinking water and toiletries.

Immediately checked out again after a few hours because it was really hot, the AC didn't work, it was dirty, no towels were given, the TV was dead.
