With a low price, the facilities are okay. The toilet water keeps flowing, but room 104 needs repairs.

It looks very well maintained. It will definitely be a favorite hotel in Kendari. Hopefully the price won't keep going up.

The location is close to the city center and restaurants. You can walk to restaurants and the supermarket. The rooms are quite clean. They need a little renovation, but it's worth the price.

Quite comfortable for a budget hotel, but the important thing is that it's clean. A little noisy from the neighboring rooms, but still tolerable. Keep it clean.

Convenient... Centrally located, easy to find food. Grocery shopping is within walking distance, and there are hangouts and coffee shops nearby... garages and banks are nearby. Recommended for a stay in the city center.
