Top, steady, comfortable, the place of choice

The hotel is quite good. Plus there is a waterboom.

The hotel staff is friendly & responsive... when I first checked in, the room door couldn't be opened, then the door was quickly replaced so that the access card could be read. Then I complained that the TV wouldn't turn on, a technician immediately came and the TV turned on... the breakfast menu is quite varied but unfortunately there is no omelette, please add an omelette to the breakfast menu... the cleanliness of the room & bathroom is quite clean, the parking lot is spacious.

Great hotel in the middle of the city and the breakfast is also delicious

On the positive side, the room and bathroom were spacious, the view was of the pool and when we entered, the AC was already on so the room was already cool. On the negative side, the room was dirty, the curtains were dirty and dusty, the sheets had quite a lot of stains, the hot water didn't work and when I borrowed a hairdryer by phone it wasn't sent until the evening, I called twice in case the officer forgot but was told to wait and there was no confirmation, at least they could call if the item wasn't there. Please improve the service, for a hotel with a price of almost 700 thousand per night, the service could be much better in the morning. Thank you.

Please improve the room condition.

Very disappointing! Just entered the room there were no towels, mineral water, tissues I had to call the receptionist to ask for it. Then at 10 am my room door was forced open (without knocking and saying excuse me) by HK just to ask for check out/extend which is usually done via phone or at least when going to the room knocking and saying excuse me

Spacious. Parking space. Standard breakfast. I got good and friendly receptionist service. The check in-out process was very fast
