I would like to express my appreciation to REY Hotel. Unfortunately, my holiday was cut short after I fractured my leg and required surgery during the trip. I fell while on the way to Ha Long Bay, just before boarding the boat. During this difficult time, the hotel staff were incredibly supportive and responsive. We communicated via WhatsApp, and they arranged a wheelchair in advance and ensured everything was ready. They were always quick to respond to my questions. I also arranged an airport transfer to return home and needed help with urgent requests, including a wheelchair at the airport and purchasing essential items. The staff did their very best to assist, and the driver was very helpful throughout the journey. Being overseas and facing such an unexpected situation, I am truly grateful for their care and support. Although my trip was cut short, I would definitely stay at REY Hotel again when I return to Hanoi.

The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff were very nice, but the only downside was the balcony and toilet door locks; they were very difficult to open and close. One time, I didn't have my phone with me and couldn't open them – it was quite a scare! Another thing that surprised me was the deposit upon check-in, as I had already paid in full through the app. Overall, it was a very worthwhile stay.

Wonderful! Highly recommended! You should definitely experience REY. The staff are super enthusiastic and lovely, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back next time. Thank you REY for giving our family a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable and clean and the hotel staff are friendly.

Went to Hanoi many times but mostly for biz trip. This time it was for leisure and girls trip. This hotel, price wise is higher than most but VERY proper in old quarter area. I would come back for sure.

This is my third time coming back, and staying in a hotel in Hanoi is the most comfortable experience.

The room is very beautiful, fragrant and clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is very delicious.

Rey Hotel is the best hotel around Old Quarter area. The hotel is new, super clean, and trendy. Wish I could stay there longer. I recommend you stay at Rey Hotel if you visit Hanoi.

I had a great time staying at Rey Hotel. Super value for money. Location is nice. In the centre of the city but not noisy. Clean and very comfortable. The only thing is I hope Rey Hotel could give the laundry bag for free. Usually Hotels Gives free laundry bag for our used clothes.
