1) Hotel-style homestay
2) Clean and fragrant rooms
3) Places of worship (prayer room and mosque) are very close, just a few steps away
4) In front of the homestay, there is a fairly delicious Javanese food stall (selling fried rice, mawut rice, fried noodles, boiled noodles, seasoned tofu) and there is a grocery stall
