Everything was good but when the cook hoder was broken, it took a long time to handle it until I checked out, the problem had not been resolved, previously there had been a check and confirmation from the team that a technician would come in about 30 minutes, but when I reconfirmed to the WA group, there was indeed no technician who could come that day, and until I checked out there was no clearer follow-up regarding the handling of my complaint.
