The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is excellent, as it's close to shopping centers like malls and restaurants. I would like to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

The location is strategic, close to malls and shopping centers and food stalls, the price is relatively affordable, the staff An. Ilham is quite friendly, the wifi is slow, the room size is decent but not soundproof, there is no doormat in front of the bathroom.

the parking lot is not safe.. then the hotel does not want to compensate if there is a loss.
very disappointed even though almost every week I stay there without any problems. once I lost the car's spare tire the hotel did not want to take responsibility.. so be careful staying at this hotel

If you are just looking for a place to stay, it's okay, but if you want to find an experience to stay, it's not so good. Many facilities are not supportive, sanitation facilities are lacking, and cleanliness of facilities is lacking. Moreover, ordering through the apk will get facilities and room space that are not good.
