Strategic location in South Jakarta, good gym facilities. Only dirty towels and sheets, broken chairs, almost broken shower, dirty mugs, poor room cleanliness.

Please take better care of the bathroom cleanliness and provide additional water filters so that the bathroom does not get dirty quickly.

Rooms with quite a lot of facilities, mini fridge pantry, hot water, smart TV, balcony, quiet, comfortable, spacious parking, only the employees when you want to check in and check out are often not there, hard pillows, the rest is okay.

I think the place is a bit dirty, like a boarding house that has not been lived in for a long time. Dirty toilet, broken shower, hairy sheets, hard bolster pillows, dirty balcony, dirty glass, corner seats without covers.

+: good location, near MRT station. Clean and comfort room.-: the room provide e-stove without any kitchen equipment (useless).-: electricity was off in all area of neighbourhood and they unable fix it. The generator was unreliable at that time so we wait for long time until the light is on.

All good, clean, new building, only the doors room panel need to make sound proof from out side.

The room is big and new. Got kitchen and fridge inside. Nearby foods also. Beside Alfamart. But the toilet is clogged and toilet shower the water spill out.

The room does not match the one in the app photo, it looks good in the photo but what you get is just ordinary.

I forgot to take a photo yesterday. For an exclusive boarding class, the room is very comfortable and large. This price is good for 2 people and Netflix and a video account are provided. There are also water heater facilities. The TV is also very big. Very comfortable and recommended for returning to Cassagio Cove.

Not that bad for the price, but the sheets are a bit itchy and a little dirty and the fittings are upside down 😅 but overall it's not bad if you need accommodation in the South Jakarta area.

Cozy room complete with netflix and friends, have a balcony and this is indeed worth the price, and yeah easy check in as well since you only need to scan a barcode and complete the form through your phone.

Toiletnya kurang bersih dan agak pesing saat saya baru masuk, shower dan sprayer nya copot/pecah, tidak ada hanger di kamar mandi, pintu kamar mandinya tidak bisa ditutup, tidak tersedia alat makan (sendok/garpu) di kamar padahal disediakan kopi, teh, dan gula. Kami dipinjamkan beberapa alat makan oleh staff tapi nampaknya itu milik pribadi, alangkah baiknya kalau dari pihak penginapan juga menyediakan.

Nice place, and also got a really nice room. Overall the place is clean and also the staff service is really good. Will definitely come back again to this place.
