From the first check in, the male staff seemed confused and not very informative, they could be trained more, I saw their IG where they can order noodles/snacks/drinks, it turns out this is really useful if you get the information on early when guests check in. At checkout the female staff had a good attitude, friendly, good job 👍 & the male staff who checked the room was also ok. And again, there isn't a trash can in the room haha luckily bringing plastic is safer so it's not a problem, the AC remote was also not provided, it's a shame the AC just turned on then. Maybe ask for a clothes hanger to be added. It's better to clean under the mattress because to be honest it's really annoying, the windows need to be repaired and it's really difficult to close them, this is really important for guest privacy. And actually, I booked a smoking room because to be honest, in the photo the room was really cute, but because I don't smoke, I still wanted to be there and I had already noted to make the room smell better but it turned out I was given a non-smooking room which was just a plain room haha.
