Staff not friendly. Dirty rooms with lots of mosquitoes. No towels. Especially toiletries. AC is very hot. I've asked to move rooms, it's still hot.

When we first arrived there was only a guard, no hotel staff. The room was not comfortable at all. Hot water, TV did not turn on. No cell phone plugs. No breakfast and welcome drink. To stay 2 hours at a price of 775,000 is very expensive and disappointing. The facilities do not match expectations.
