Horison's service is always excellent, and everything is worth the price, as the stay is always satisfying. My suggestion is that the facilities, infrastructure, and amenities be regularly maintained so the hotel remains clean and doesn't look shabby like other Horison branches.

It's just that the staff is not prepared enough. The soap is out, there are not enough mats.

The breakfast menu is expected to be more varied.

Comfortable place, new facilities but not very clean such as glasses, sheets, floors and toilet glass… The food is not worth it, some of it is even stale. Many rules that make it uncomfortable and open to multiple interpretations… Just stay here once.

Recommended for those who want to vacation to Pangandaran Beach, the hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly service, close to nature reserves and other tourist attractions.

During the 2 nights stay, it was very impressive. The service from the receptionist, housekeeping to security were all friendly. The food was all delicious, basically if I go to Pangandaran, I will definitely stay here again.

It's a shame that the eating part is just not known, when we come during the holidays it's really crowded, we're relaxing and eating at 8 o'clock but the food takes a long time to refill and then there's only leftovers so it's like we're only getting a taste, please improve the rest, it's comfortable

It's all fun, but I don't recommend it if you're touring, motorbikes are parked at the back and the gate is locked, you have to wait first to enter and the guards go back and forth from the front to the back🤦

As soon as we entered, it smelled really good and we were given a welcome drink and a towel to clean our hands and face, for cleanliness, it was definitely okay for me, everything was okay, but if I may give a suggestion, there shouldn't be breakfast around the pool because there will be a lot of people feeding their children while their children are in the pool, making it dirty and shabby, I'm sorry. Like Horison, which has a really private swimming pool, no one eats or does anything other than those who want to swim, so it doesn't get dirty. Overall, it's okay, especially the room, I really like it, there are prayer tools too. I like the bathroom, the shower is great, hopefully everything will always be well maintained

The sink cover suddenly came off when I arrived, the AC in the room leaked and dripped onto the floor. Check-out time must be at 12 noon, there is no tolerance of at least 30 minutes like other hotels because bringing small children is a hassle. Please fix this in the future. It's a shame the hotel is nice. The staff are all okay and friendly.

The interior design of the rooms is great. I stayed in the family executive and extended family standard. Both rooms were okay. The service was okay. The hotel is not too big and you have to pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilets and sheets. Apart from that, it was good and pleasant.

The hotel is quite new and still good, the service is ok, the rooms are clean and the interior is modern, standard Horison, the hotel is not that big, the swimming pool is quite ok, not too big but the kids can play, in my opinion the room is comfortable, take the executive family room and extend to the standard family room, the breakfast is delicious, there are many choices. The cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved, especially the toilet is a bit yellow and the sheets on the second day were a bit dirty with stains, the mugs/glasses were not washed. the rest is ok
