Excellent hotel in all aspects, we will be back

Beautiful, friendly staff and great location in the city centre.

This was a great place to stay in the city. It’s in easy walking distance of plenty of dining options and easy to get to theatres and galleries. Super clean and elegantly furnished! I’ll stay there again.

Great location & rooms were nice. Staff friendly & helpful, but we had major issues with air conditioning in the room. This problem was there for our entire stay at the time.

Nicely refurbished hotel in a superbly central location. Room well appointed and spotlessly clean. Close to all main rail and tram services. Definitely stay here again.

Recently renovated, this is a great little hotel in a convenient location at a reasonable price point. The restaurant hadn’t yet opened which didn’t worry us as there are so many dining options close by. Would stay again.

A lovely little laneway hotel with comfortable rooms and centrally situated. The view from my room was a wall next door and the curtains had to be kept closed throughout the stay but otherwise no complaints.

Rooms are nicely presented, very comfortable, cleaned and laid out. I had a noise issue on the first night from nearby construction work and hotel management were very responsive and accommodating in allocating a quieter room on my second night. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and my stay was very enjoyable. Thank you

After Covid, some hotel management just come up with delusional plan of saving cost while depriving human the rights to have drinking water. Yes, no bottle water. They are proud to declare that. They will tell you they have a filtered water machine on ground floor, bring your own bottle to fill up. In a proud tone. Some hotel will do it gracefully with filtered water machine in front of the lift and flask in each room. Put up a GREEN poster on top of the machine and market it further! Hope this establishment learn it well. Overall, I’m please about the design, cleanliness and some small little details like extra hooks and holder for towels! Keep it up and improve further!
