The room is very good, suitable for the price. The receptionist is friendly. It is convenient to find restaurants in the city center.

I booked a room without a window, but the ceiling light didn't work, so I had to change to a new room with a window. However, the air conditioner wasn't cool, so I had to change to another room. This time, everything seemed normal, but the air conditioner was old and very noisy. I opened it to see the dust filter inside the air conditioner. I wasn't comfortable, so I had to remove it and clean it. The front desk staff were lovely, polite, and provided good service. The location is convenient, surrounded by entertainment venues in the Poonphon area, but it's quiet and not noisy. It's okay.

The room is very stuffy, the ventilation is not good, after midnight until morning there are no staff at the counter.

the room very uncomfortable, less light, not clean, the lift was broken so we have to bring all lugagge by stair. its very like transit low budget hotel. very not recommended
