Amazing communication with host prior to check in, so friendly and helpful. Wonderful room with excellent amenities, lovely furnishings, super comfy king bed with lots of pillows! Great having table n chairs for meals and well thought out kitchenette. Thank you for a perfect stay. Highly recommend Riverview at Ross.

Think old school park at your door motel & that’s what you’ll find. Our room was very clean and well presented. Cutlery, crockery & microwave provided. The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets and thankfully there were two (2) sitting chairs, something rare on this trip. The inverter air con was great to take the edge off as it hit -4 overnight.

Stopover for 1 night. Accommodation was within walking distance to the centre of Ross. Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs e.g. self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed, safe and secure car bay. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely, picturesque little town to explore in the short time I was there, visiting various places of interest as recommended by "what to see and do in Ross" website. People I met on my walk around the town were very friendly and welcoming.

Small colonial style Motel. Very well maintained & spotlessly clean. Offered everything we needed in a Motel stay. Room was warm ready for our arrival & checkin was easy. Will definitely stay again.

They have obviously put thought into what travellers might want or need on their stay. They included hot chocolate and coffee bags as refreshment choices. Bathroom products were good and even had hair straighteners.

What a wonderful experience, never expected. The value for the money is terrific. Visiting Ross by chance only and speaking to the towns people is something I look forward to if I visit Australia and Tasmania again.

Our room had everything you could need for a night at Ross. It was in walking distance to the main street. Quiet and very very clean and comfortable.

A special place to stay. Ross itself is small and quaint and lovely and full of rich history and sites to see. The room I stayed in was very clean, had everything I needed and 2 separate spaces to sit and relax in. The bed was comfy and the towels were soft. I spent 3 comfortable nights at Riverview and was able to walk out the front for a spectacular view both during the day and at night. On a clear night the sky view is beautiful also.

Ross is a lovely historic town and attracts a lot of tourists; it is well worth visiting though, and Riverview at Ross is a fine place to stay. It is modern, rather than historic, but is located on a quiet side street looking out across the countryside. The receptionist booked us into the hotel for dinner, which was helpful as they were very busy. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and functional: just what you want from a country motel.
