Location is very good and convenient. easily accessible by buses, few hundred metres away from Senado Square. must try the Jolibee nearby.

Location ok but the room, hallway, and elevator have a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The towels are disposable and do not absorb water. The sink in the bathroom is leaking. The wet and dry areas are not separated well. You can leave your luggage and there is no bathroom in the lobby. If you check out, there will be no bathroom at the hotel.
