Totally amazing. Clean, new, spacious & location is perfect. Free 24/7 coffee. Tea, hot chocolate & crossiant in the morning. Highly recommended

Excellent location, lovely staff and great rooms

It's a very good place for travellers. It's a 3- 5 minute walk to the train station and close to a large shopping mall with a food court and some restaurant choices. The room is clean and large, and it has all the kitchen stuff. Highly recommended.

All the basics covered very well. Bed great, Shower excellent, wifi good. Central location. Friendly staff. Offer coffee & croissant as breakfast offering, but as it’s an aparthotel have small kitchenette to do your own thing or restaurant locally to eat out. Lots of options in Edinburgh but would happily stay again.

Nice apartment with a lovely view. Fab staff. The cleanliness really let it down. From dirty floors, to water stained doors. Initial iron didn’t work and had to be replaced. Had to ask for hand wash in bathroom to be refilled. Many plug/USB sockets didn’t work. There were long grey hairs strewn around that did not belong to us!

Perfect place to stay, right within the fantastic shopping centre and eateries. Having a kitchen was an added bargain. Lovely rooms and had an amazing view. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is amazing! Location is unbeatable. It's walkable to the major train station and most major sites while not being too loud in the room. We were given a room with an amazing view of Arthur's Seat, the Edinburgh Castle, and others sites. We felt super safe in the area and the connected mall was a great bonus. Front desk staff were all very friendly.

Conveniently located a short walk from Waverley station the hotel is central to just about everything you want to see. Rooms are very well equipped for the self-caterer, and you can wash and dry clothes at no cost. Staff were very helpful at all times. Comfortable bed, large room, balcony to test the air temperature (I was there in the colder months), couldn’t be more satisfied.

I stayed with my sister and my niece on a girlie weekend. We loved the hotel, especially the mini kitchen area. We had a fab view from our window in a great location. the room was gorgeous and the staff were very helpful. Loved it. Highly recommended

Easy to get around ,perfect place to walk to everything, food shopping Royal Mile etc etc,All the staff very helpful,Coffee in lobby 24hrs a day,Complementary Crossiants from 630am til 830 or 9am war and fresh,Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This was a last minute booking due to an issue with the tour travel agency booking at another hotel. This was nearby the group and not a complete shock to the bank account. This was a lower priced room for what was available, but comes in swinging way above it's weight class. The only gripe is that it was hard to get the room to cool. AC was only on when in the room and took forever to cool. I don't think I ever got it below 23.5. There were good views from the balcony. The free coffee was great tasting and free. And the croissants were also amazing. It's cashless so any snacks go to the room (wanted to get rid of some coins). Only about a15 minute walk to the base of Arthur Seat trails, Edinburgh Castle at the Royal Mile, and great shopping. Will definitely consider this brand for future bookings.

View was breathtaking, location exceptional. Staff were professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.
