OK. but the concept is resort.. so it's a bit dark for me.. overall ok

Really good, it's the second time here, everything is greats

When I want to check in, the hotel staff is not friendly in asking for an ID card. The facilities are quite good but everything has to be asked to the receptionist for example toothbrush, beard shaver, all small towels are not immediately ready. Must ask first, even though the standard of a star-rated villa is good like this, it should all be ready without having to ask the receptionist. With the price paid for the facilities provided I feel very, very inappropriate. thanks.

The housekeeping service is not good and the staff is lazy the cleanliness in the bathroom is also dirty staff only yes yes yes but not acting and slow response.

I highly recommend this villa. The interior is nice, the location is also in the middle of Seminyak, clean and all staff are very friendly. Very pleasant stay in this villa.

All its Good. But breakfastnya less comfortable. More convenient if we take it ourselves. Thanks u.
