Easy place for stay

The parking situation is limited and quite narrow; if you arrive after 8 PM, you may have to park on the tight streets outside the hotel. The entrance to the parking lot is unusual. The check-in process takes too long. Despite having a restaurant in the lobby, they refused to give me a bit of salt, citing it as restaurant policy. Although there is an indicator light to request cleaning in the room, it did not work because I was told I should request it through reception. If that’s the case, what is the purpose of the light? The nearby area has excellent restaurants and a variety of food options. The facilities are modern. The hotel appears new, but it will require considerable maintenance as many aspects seem not very durable. They offer basic DirecTV, which is quite good.

Rooms are dirty and bathrooms are stinky

It is clean and nice. Only thing I did not like was the price. After I booked, price dropped like around $60.

The hotel was located close to flushing about 10 mins drive. The room were average. For some reason, the bathroom door is so heavy and loud to close. You have to pay $75 for early check in and late check out. The staff was unhelpful and unattentive. You also have to request if you want room service. We probably won’t stay here again because of the bad customer service.

The location is perfect as an essential hub between Manhattan Long Island with access to LaGuardia or JFK. Perfect for those with cars because it includes parking and this is not a walkable neighborhood. This is for those that need a hub when traveling between Queens, Long Island, and Manhattan. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The hallway carpet could’ve been cleaner, but overall Great for three days or less.

Great staff and well kept facility overall. Nice lobby to enjoy morning coffee. Room was nice looking, but had a horrible smell. Area surrounding property did not appear to be safe. I would recommend the hotel, but not walking around the neighborhood.

Food and restaurants inside is convinient and they have nice staff

There was no one there at the front desk when attempting to check in. Had to wait for about 15 minutes. There is a restaurant on sight. Breakfast is not complimentary. Bathroom had a nice set up and towel warmer.

Good place for the money

Rooms are small but clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Area is a little run down but we walked about five minutes with lots of restaurant options.

Further from airport than stated in internet. Clean and quiet and helpful staff.

I would never stay here again.. definitely not for me.
