Bath curtain has a strong mold stench, smells bad. Shower angle is too high, making the bathroom floor wet. The bathroom is too dark, making it impossible to do makeup. The air conditioner has a constant chirping sound. Why does the gym have to close at 4 PM on weekends?

I've always loved staying here. It's just a shame they don't have HBO anymore. You have to use Netflix. But not everyone has Netflix. The satellite TV channel is back.

The hotel staff is friendly, the receptionist, housekeeping, and security are friendly and always smiling, and the food is delicious.

Wonderful experience for our 1-night stay. The bed was amazing and a great size, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was some of the best I’ve had while travelling.

Very good and very comfortable

The hotel is cool and luxurious, with spacious rooms and bathtubs. It's kid-friendly with a mini playground, and the swimming pool is also quite nice, making it a great place for a quick staycation. The only downside is the lobby smells of decay, for some reason.

The hotel was nice, clean, and okay. I stayed with my family and it was very comfortable. It was a bit crowded on weekends, apparently.

The corners aren't clean, there's trash under the stairs, and the lights are dusty. Let's get excited about cleaning. Everything else is fine...

The location is very strategic, with quite complete facilities and relatively cheap prices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel lobby is nice, complete with welcome drinks, there are photo spots with Betawi themes, complete with a gym and swimming pool. For the gym, I have tried to use the facilities, but it seems the gym is only for general members and the room is too small, so it is not comfortable. As for the room, I don't know if the dining area in other rooms is the same or not, the electrical sockets are in non-strategic positions, there are 2 sockets far from the table/bedside table (I think the dining room setting used to be different), plus there is an electronic equipment box that is no longer functioning but is still maintained. There is a connecting door that is locked only from the side of the next room, while from my side it cannot be locked. I was forced to hold it with a chair to minimize the risk. And for the toilet there is a hair dryer, but I am confused where the socket is located because I have looked for it near the hair dryer but there is no one. Hopefully this can be a concern for the hotel management.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's quite a lot of food to choose from.

Coincidentally, it was during the ASEAN volleyball event, so we got a free room upgrade. It was spacious and fully equipped. The only downside was that the wooden floor was a bit sticky and not very clean on the feet. Overall, it was great, worth the price, thanks.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I've stayed here four times, and the last time I stayed there was a volleyball player. It's been comfortable and clean throughout.

Great ambience and hospitality. All of the staff are helpful whenever we need some help. Tips for other guests: make sure you book for superior type if you want to have a connecting door (my review might be a mistake, I recommend you all to ask the hotel first if the room type that you want does have a connecting door or not).
