The property was as advertised. Very secure, quiet despite being near a train station, extremely clean, and eco-friendly. The staff were prompt and helpful. One thing we found (the ONLY complaint) is that the apartment was quite cold, and the heating in the main room is not sufficient for both rooms, which made it a bit cold at night.

This was a great property and I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. A short walk to the train station and Brunswick boasts many great cafes that are close by. (And a supermarket very close too). Only downside was the online link to get the digital access key. The staff (virtual) at Rambla were extremely helpful and I was given clear instructions on where to get a physical key/fob. (So much easier for me).

It’s just so good, I will stay here every time I go to Melbourne. Clean, comfortable, perfect location, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony (bit too chilly to enjoy it this trip though).

This is my second time staying here. I love the accommodation and the locastion suited my needs. The only issue I and my family had was that both apartments I stayed in were noisy in the sense of a fan that stays on most of the time which affected our sleep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the noise. It would be great if that could be rectified.

Well located and adequately furnished. Good beds and clean on arrival. Communication is appalling. Sent a couple of messages asking questions in advance of arrival and received no responses. On check in you are given a digital concierge which is next to useless. System for messaging them but again NEVER received a reply. Apartment not cleaned or replenished in three weeks apart from once when we happened to bump into the cleaners and they kindly agreed to clean and change the beds etc. kitchen very poorly equipped. Just 5 plates, 5 bowls and some cutlery. No small plates and no cooking pans at all for the oven. No knives for preparing food. When we asked about this again we were ignored.

Rambla was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The digital keys didn't work on my phone vut a quick call and we were let in by staff and then we organised a fob for access. Roof top garden was lovely too.

Very close to convenient transport. Apartment very clean and nicely furnished. Good variety of restaurants nearby, also close to brunswick baths. Need to set up room key remotely on your phone before arrival and (because tv not directly connected to the internet) also need own device to connect to netflix. We managed but took time to figure out.

There was a fan in the apartment that was activated every time we opened the light at the bathrooms and kept going even after we closed the lights. We tried hard to connect to the TV but it was impossible. The digital key is ok providing that your clients are really tech savvy. If not, the stay is impossible. Therefore, you alienate a big proportion of the population. I am not happy that we had to pay for parking although it was available for clients at the basement. I believe that the parking should have been complementary the same way it was complementary for people who booked directly with the property. I felt we were penalised for booking the property with you. Your communication was thorough though and very accurate so we knew what to do at all times. I could also easily contact a help desk that was answered by a real person. That was extremely helpful.
