The hotel rooms are generally quite clean, the staff is also enthusiastic. However, I booked a room with a view of West Lake but I got a room that did not have a view of West Lake. The hotel requires disposable slippers, the plastic slippers smell very bad, I asked for new slippers but they still smell.

I found the receptionist not welcoming when guests came in. Maybe I am younger than the receptionist, but I am a customer and I also need to be welcomed. The parking lot is not guarded and is in the basement where no one pays attention.

I used both the Restaurant and Hotel services here, and below is my experience (a bit long 😊). Hotel Services Staff: Maybe because the hotel is new, the EQ of the receptionist is a bit poor. If the manager reads this, please help train the receptionist to know how to say "sorry" and "thank you" when necessary! Payment issue: I booked a room through Traveloka and reported full payment. However, when checking in, the receptionist said I still hadn't received the money. OK, no problem. The problem is that after that, I didn't see any support or advice, even though my wife clearly said that Traveloka had deducted the money via credit card. The receptionist didn't seem to care, didn't bother to check or double-check, it seemed like you only cared about receiving the current payment (probably afraid that my wife and I were scammers). Too frustrated with this attitude, I had to pay again, then went to the room and called Traveloka. Very quickly, Traveloka confirmed that I would be refunded the money I had just paid. And it was not surprising that my husband and I did not receive any apology from the receptionist (while Traveloka apologized via phone and email). Room quality: The room was clean, the lobby smelled good but I did not like the smell of the room spray. However, the soundproofing was quite poor, especially in the bathroom area; you could clearly hear the sound of water flushing from the upper floor or the next room. Breakfast: The day I stayed, there was only one dish, no choice, like "whatever is given, eat it, if you don't eat it, that's it" 😊. Restaurant service: The staff was lovely, the food was okay. I gave 4 stars because the taste was not really excellent (the BBQ ribs were a bit sweet ^^) Summary: Although the hotel is brand new and has a beautiful view of West Lake, I only gave 2 stars for this experience. And I have no-intention-of-coming-back.

The hotel is a bit far from the dining area. The receptionist today seemed to be grumpy and not as enthusiastic as the dining area support person.

"Book it and you will have a great experience". That is my compliment for Love St when I was abandoned by a hotel near the center of the old town while the Agoda app was unable to resolve the problem of booking a room that had been paid for and not refunded but reported to stay for 2 nights. Luckily, I went to Travel and booked a room at Love St. When I was too tired and had to move around a lot but the problem of finding a room to rest had not been resolved. While I was confused about where to find a room on the weekend? While I am a careful and clean person, safety is always my top priority. At that time, seeing that Love St had a reasonable price and was clean, I chose a room. Beyond my expectations with Love St, the room was very clean and beautiful, the service was also good. At that time, I felt very lucky because my trip was not really bad. Thank you Love St for giving me a great experience. When I have to travel, I will definitely come back to experience and use the service at Love St.
