Have ordered 2 rooms. By the time we got there, the receptionist was sleeping. When he woke up he said the room was full. Even though the booking code has been published, it can usually be said like that. When the receptionist protested, there was no solution, until he went berserk in the middle of the night. Because the parents want to sleep over but can't, they're tired. Finally, 1 room for 3 adults and 2 children, that's because I was angry.

The AC is not cold, the jet washer is leaking, the blanket towel is not clean.
