Today, I wrongly booked a hotel for 19tj Dec instead of 12th Dec. I only discovered during chexk in and I called your customer service and my request has been declined. I did the same thing with booking.com and they managed to changed a date. I am not getting a refund. I am not hapoy for your services as I spent alot in Traveloka on hotels and flights. I will not use Traveloka again.
