When we checked in, they said we would be given towels, but it turned out we weren't given any towels at all. Furthermore, some of the staff were not very polite in serving customers.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and nice. Very satisfying.

I asked the staff about cancellation and reschedule the date, but won't help at all. I know this is supposed to be kostel but please train your housekeeper or better just remove it from the app if they didn't even know what and how the app works, so disappointing.

The room is cozy, but too narrow that you often bump into the table. The bathroom is very narrow and smells of urine. The rooftop area is also limited, not open 24 hours.

So far it's okay, the rooftop view is also cool for resting.

The staff is friendly, but not always there (I had to wait 30 minutes just to wait for the staff even though it was check in time, and the same experience when I wanted to check out, I waited 2 times back and forth to the room, the first 30 minutes I went back to the room, an hour later I went back and still waited 30 minutes). The cashier was really uncomfortable, there was only 1 blanket and it was thin (even though I ordered 2 people). The room was like a boarding house in general. I was just disappointed that the staff was not on guard 24 hours so I had to wait and the lobby was hot
