The hotel is in the airport, so it's easy to access while waiting for the flight.

The sheets smelled of drool, the toilet flush didn't work, and the lights were dim. Those of us who were tired and checked in at 11 p.m. couldn't sleep because the room was in poor condition.

The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help guests who bring a lot of luggage.

Very helpful for passengers who have a long transit time

Access to the hotel is getting further away. Due to airport renovations, transit passengers are allowed to stay overnight. Unfortunately, the hotel isn't very clean; it seems the sheets aren't changed often. There's no soap for showering or washing hands. Management needs a lot of improvement.

Upon check-in, the staff seemed preoccupied with the radio even though they were actually handling a guest. The hotel's directions from the transit point were very limited, so I had to ask the people at the airport several times.

The location is very strategic within the airport complex, less than 5 minutes to the check-in area, suggestions for blankets and sheets could be updated, the bathroom also gives the impression of an old/vintage hotel

Pros: It's in the airport, so you can rest longer. Cons: Small and not very clean.

As a transit point, it is perfect for a few hours of sleep.

This airport hotel is nice, located on the check-in floor of the 3rd floor. The price I got was around 440 thousand, maybe it varies from person to person. The room was small, the sheets were dirty. The towels smelled and damp. I didn't like the receptionist at that time. They didn't explain where the room was, going down to the 2nd floor was a very long corridor and they didn't explain which way to go. They didn't smile either. Maybe they were sleepy. Although the other staff were friendly. Overall, it's enough for transit. Don't bring a lot of luggage, exit the hotel up the stairs and up the slide. I didn't see an elevator.

The staff is friendly and responsive. Hotel rooms should be provided with air fresheners and all equipment should be ensured to function properly. The bathroom shower needs repairs; the heater is too hot; it can't be used; just ask for warm water. The water flow can't be adjusted because it's an old model.

It's better than before, hopefully it can be even better.

It's a shame about Cordia UPG, a premium location for a transit hotel, with no competitors, but the rooms are really basic. There's a damp smell that sticks throughout the room, the bathroom is terrible, the doorknob is missing, the shower has been patched with sealing tape, there are no clothes hangers. Everything is minimalist, even though the price is not that cheap. Come on, improve it, it's very different from Cordia YIA, a transit hotel that is as comfortable as that.
