Beautiful space, enthusiastic staff, worth the experience but the price is a bit high Breakfast buffet food is not very diverse

Booked 3 rooms together but the resort arranged 1 room in a different area and in the last room so it was very far away. Traveling together like that is really inconvenient.

Pros: .Location is awesome, just right behind Tam Coc boat station and still has the privacy, maybe because they're the only hotel at this very location. .Best view, every room has it own view, 100% surrounded by limestone and some has the small canal/river/pond. .Not too many tourist .Cleanly. Skin-friendly shave cream. Bunch of trees. .Pool looks great. .We got an upgrade so hooray, 5 start staff. 🙌 Cons: .Hotel doesn't have 24/7 receptionist, you gotta let them know if you gonna check in late. .Breakfast with limited options (might be better at peak season) .Small parking lot.

Friendly staff and great service all around — the receptionist and restaurant staff were super helpful with customized requests, and the food was lovely. The spa was the highlight! Huge thanks to Tam and Trinh for an incredible session. One of the spa staff even helped look after our baby so we could fully relax. Highly recommend!

The people at Jiva are very friendly and enthusiastic. Cycling around the resort and the mountains is very relaxing.
