The hotel is on a main road frequented by ambulances from the nearby hospital which causes a lot of siren noise. The hotel room itself was quite nice and bed comfy!

Close to the Gabba. Stayed in the room (2nd floor) on the Main Street, which was quite noisy. Once we checked in which was late, we headed to our room, the blinds fell which couldn’t be fixed (at that time), so we’re lucky to be woken at 5:45am with direct brightness! Restaurant on 11th floor was non existent, pool was a pool (just). Only 1 elevator working at the time.

Incompetent reception staff who have no clue about customer service…. Hide behind the reason they are a new hotel…Avoid unless you are desperate…..

Took so long to check in. The room had an ice cream from the previous guest.

The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, even though the very attentive overnight gentleman tried to fix it.

It was ok. Room & bed comfortable. Room quite small - probably the smallest on the floor. Ok for one night stay.

Highly recommend this place if you have no car to worry about or if you are willing to pay the $35 a day parking fee. Premises is very modern and clean. Reception area was a bit of a miss and didn't realise it was the reception desk when first arrived. Ceiling light was flicking in the room but these are only minor issues.

Our stay was good but we were charged twice for aour room. One through hotels and when we left the hotel we were charged again. We were issued no invoice for the second charge and had I not picked it up on our credit card statement we would be out of pocket. Interestingly it was a larger amount. I had to email and call the property twice before I received my refund.

The hotel room was like new and spacious. The only fault was it was advertised as having parking available, but we didn’t find out until arrival, that it had very limited parking, and so were not able to park at the hotel. There are also only two places to park temporarily when checking in, and it is off of a busy street with no on street parking nearby, so that made it difficult to check in as well, as the two temporary parks were already in use. If not for the parking issues, would have rated a 5/5.
