The staff only showed us to the lobby and didn't explain how to turn on the electricity via the switch. The balcony door wasn't locked, and the TV wouldn't work. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future so that tenants feel comfortable. Thank you.

Shabby place, dirty room, we checked in and saw the room and immediately checked out, hopefully Traveloka will be more selective in verifying whether the photos and actual room are the same or not. This was a completely bad experience

The room was very dirty, as if it had never been cleaned, the floor was sticky and dusty, there were many sawdust on the walls, the trash from the previous guest was not cleaned and there were condom marks, the bathroom was yellow and crusty, the TV was just a display that couldn't be turned on, and the sheets smelled musty. I complained, was given a new room and it turned out to be the same, I was forced to stay there because I had already paid for 6 nights. Suggestion: even though the room is simple, at least check the condition of the room first, sweep, mop and clean it, please treat other humans humanely, especially if you are staying not just for a few hours or one night, but for days.

super bad, the entire trip was not humanized by the apartment, the room was full of ants, it was not managed, you couldn't go to the park, you couldn't swim, you couldn't just take the kids for a walk in the playground, it was really bad.
