Bach Place is like a miniature castle in a fairy tale. Every detail is meticulously designed. The garden is small but beautiful down to every blade of grass. The staff is friendly and attentive. My whole family loves it and will come back next time.

A very cute, cozy hotel

Lovely, enthusiastic staff. The room and space are nice but there is no mini bar, the room is a bit damp and smelly. The soundproofing is not good so if you stay in a room below it will be a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and lovely, the breakfast is simple but good quality. My family and I will come back if we have the opportunity to go to Da Lat again. I really like it! 😊

The hotel is very nice, located near the center, about 900m walk to Da Lat market. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The welcome drink is quite delicious, fragrant with cinnamon. The breakfast is not too many dishes but it is okay. At night, there is a campfire at the hotel, sitting and chilling is quite enjoyable. The 2 staff on duty at night are also very nice, supporting customers. I recommend that if you like to stay in the center, fully equipped but still have the chill vibe of Da Lat, you should stay here, there are many trees planted around the hotel.

The hotel is near the city center, on the bustling Hai Ba Trung street, there are many convenient restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful, I borrowed an iron and it was brought to my room. Very satisfied, it is my new love when traveling to Da Lat in the future.

Very good service, close to the center and clean rooms with European style. However, the small breakfast and lack of variety is a slight minus point. And from the room, you will not see the view.

Located opposite a barbecue restaurant so it is very noisy day and night, the picture on the internet looks like you will be staying in a single room but it is a room inside a house, the room is small and stuffy, opening the window (very small) is noisy so you have to close it. The pump or something is running day and night so it is noisy and you can't sleep.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and airy. The staff is extremely enthusiastic and attentive. Will come back next time.

Beautiful retreat at the heart of Dalat. I love the greenery and also attention to details to of Bach Place. You even can hear the birds chirping in the morning. Wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, good locayion but the room is small, the toilet is small as well.

The hotel is more like a homestay. Large garden, not as beautiful as the picture but also quite a lot of flowers. Room range 12-14m2, suffocating because there is no suction fan in the room (I book triple room), wooden floor room is quite cute but the toilet is not very clean and very small. After I called the agent, I overheard the hotel owner (the hotel manager?) Talking to the agent about my situation (because I was so suffocated, I pulled the window open, and she talked right below. room I rented), I decided to check out early the next morning whether I could get a refund for 1 night or not. After the agent talked to the hotel for a second time, I was told I would get a refund for 1 night. I appreciate the way you work.
