The room is clean, close to the station but very quiet. Comfortable interior, full. The location is right in the center so getting around is very convenient. However, the manager was very upset. Checking in took a lot of time because he was late in getting the booking information. I had to wait a long time for him to check. Even though I was very tired from the long journey, I tried to wait. When I received the room key and got the magnetic card to get in and out of the gate, there was an app error. He couldn't get me the card, so I told him to come check in the next day and get the card. However, the next day my friend came down to pick it up and insisted that he had given me the card. In the evening, when I went down to report that I had not received it and wanted to receive it, he firmly confirmed that he had given me the card, recorded it, and confirmed that it was because I had lost it that he had already given it to me. I asked for proof that I had given the card but couldn't provide it, so I had to take new fingerprints. When I checked out the next day, I was still asked to return the card even though yesterday I said I wouldn't accept the card so I had to get fingerprinted. Very unpleasant attitude, and had to wait a long time to check out. Room 9 points, staff 2 points.
