This was a very new hotel and the poor service showed this. Initially the Google maps location is incorrect so we spent about 30 minutes 100 metres down the road in able to find the hotel.
There was no service to take your bags to the room and the check out time and breakfast times were not explained. We only happened to find the rooftop pool on the last day by exploring ourselves.
The rooms are very clean and everything is brand new, even though the room had a strange layout. The hallways are very loud at night due to slamming of the heavy wood doors to each room.
We was upgraded to a nicer room for the 2nd night which was lovely until there was a powercut at 1am for over an hour. The room was very hot and sweaty and nobody could explain to us what was going on.
Breakfast was a shambles, nobody to greet you or explain what was going on. We had dry toast and there was no butter or jam....
Finally on the day of check out (12midday) the cleaners tried to come in and clean the room at 9am whilst we were still using it, very odd.
Overall, clean room but not much else, would recommend staying somewhere else.
