Staff were very understanding and went above and beyond for me, i accidently booked a room that wasnt pet friendly and they were understanding and very easy to deal with to fix the mistake

Very clean and cabin was large. The only problem we had was there was no air con or ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom where the bunks were. I normal fan could not be provided so our daughter had to sleep on the couch as it was unbearably hot in her bedroom

Yes great staff and cabin was spotless but no replenishment of coffee , milk , towels etc. Wrongly assumed would be done daily, I read that they advertised only 7 minutes walk to the centre of town... incorrect as it took me 7 minutes to DRIVE there and no pubs ... only one which is closed for renovations!

The cabin we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was perfect ! . Spacious , spotlessly clean and well appointed . The 2 aircon units worked perfectly given the 38 c heat . Large deck with a BBQ was a bonus . Laundry block and amenities were excellent . Plenty of space between the cabin made parking easy and ensured a peaceful stay . Walking distance to the hot spring pool . All the staff that I met were friendly and helpful . No hesitation in staying here again .
