This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and facilities with a friendly staff

The room was spotless and spacious. We love the double sink in the bathroom. Love the enclose shower from the wet toilet. We love the fresh linen smell 😍❤️ The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area and in the rooftop bar treated my husband and I like royalties. The food were delicious ❤️ We highly recommend and definitely going back there for our future trip.

Best hotel in town. Great location, great rooms awesome rooftop bar.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and decent breakfast. Disappointingly, there are no basic TV channels - I have never experienced this before. The rooftop bar is a great addition to the hotel. However at 6pm, they were playing dance music v loudly. This is not the right ambiance for this style hotel. The pool is in direct sunlight. There are no parasols and the loungers were covered so could not be used. Surprisingly, there was a $5 charge per person to use the sauna.

Good modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy and quiet. Really liked the breakfast too.

The rooms were immaculate and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself is great, clean and staff were efficient. But the area around it was super dirty, dusty and not the safest to walk around if you are not careful. It was very convenient and located right next to the markets and many coffee shops, but maybe they were doing construction throughout the city.

I visited the several "top" hotels in Battambang. VV was the nicest and newest. However, unlike the other hotels, VV is not designed in the theme of Cambodia, if that's what you're looking for. VV looks like a typical 4-star in the US. Cambodian meals in restaurant were delicious.

The front desk was exceptional and provided great service.

This hotel we only stayed one night at, but it served our purpose, as the next day we were staying at a resort. Close to everything, had a good breakfast to start the day and the view from our room overlooked the city. They also accommodated us with two rooms next to each other so that we could be close to our parents.

部屋は静かで掃除も行き届いていてとても居心地がいいホテルです。周辺はヴィラが多い中でこういうホテルがあるのは助かります。ルーフトップバーも快適でした。 以前は朝食がバイキングだったんですが、今回はオーダー式になっていました。そな点だけがちょっと残念です。

Für einen Aufenthalt in Battambang kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht mehr. Das personal war freundlich, nicht alle verstehen gut englisch.

Hotel bien situé, grand chambre et très belle vue depuis notre chambre et depuis le rooftop. Par contre hotel sans charme et petit-déjeuner très moyen. Le premier jour au moins c'était en buffet avec un certain choix mais le 2ieme jour c'était à la carte.
