This is brand new hotel which has 5 star quality and service. Highly recommend the corner ocean view suite!

The room was clean and bright! Facilities were clean and welcoming

Since we did not have the time to explore the hotel and utilize the extra amenities at the hotel, the hotel seemed nice overall. One issue I had was when the showerhead almost hit me after falling off after turning on the water.

The bed is too soft, and I asked for an extra blanket, but they said they don’t have one.

Love the hotel facilities and cleanliness. Hot swimming pool is available from morning until late evening 10pm. Comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this place.

Pool cabana and bed was extra cost but was not mentioned during check in.

The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience

It was a great hotel with a quiet location and a view of the ocean. It was clean and simple, but had everything you needed, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Jeju City.

A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm. Also the fitness room needs to be open 24hrs. Im on vacation, not living on a normal schedule. Would to like to access the fitness center any time of the night. Everything closes to early.

공항 가깝고 수영장 괜찮고 바로 앞에 편의점 있어서 편리함. 걸어나갈 거리에 식당은 마땅한 곳이 없고 가장 가까운 이호테우 해변도 차로 가야하는 거리인데 그에 비해 주차자리가 약간 부족한듯. 호텔 앞이 바다이긴 하나 물놀이나 모래놀이는 불가능한 돌무더기(?) 해변임. 그래도 뷰는 좋고 계단이 있어서 내려가서 소라게 구경은 할 수 있음. 조식 5성급과 비교하는게 아닌 가격 2만원대인거 고려하면 쌀국수, 에그스테이션, 딤섬, 한식, 양식, 4종류 식사빵, 디져트, 과일, 커피(커피 원두 맛있음) 다 있으니 훌륭한 편

무료 수영장 이용 반가왔네요. 조식 훌륭합니다. 바닷가 산책하기도 좋은 위치라 자주 올 듯합니다. 시티호텔을 벗어난 신라스테이 플러스, 환영합니다!!

방음이 아쉬웠다 냉장고가 시원하지않았다

오픈한지 얼마 안돼서 침대 및 가구들이 좋고 바닥이 카페트가 아니라 마루바닥이라서 더 위생적이고 좋았습니다. 침대 매트는 편했습니다. 주변에 바다 산책하기 좋아요.
