welcomed by nice receptionist. the hotel exactly beside road and near LRT..I got corner lot room so it's quite huge. I like the desk and chair in that room cause I can do my work comfortably. left and right got Muslim food so it's plus point...zus, kopi saigon,kenangan,kfc just walking distance. iron at the corridor..water dispenser near elevator..but it's not cold huhu..hope they can set the machine to cold too..cause in the morning, I saw the Hot button was on .

No regrets staying here, initially only booked for one day, and because it was comfortable and close to transportation access, I decided to stay again, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Strategic location near Masjid Jamek LRT. Close to Dataran Merdeka, Masjid Jamek, and Pasar Seni. However, the facilities are lacking: the sink is broken, the toilet door is broken, and the sheets are not very clean. The staff is friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Swing & Pillows Masjid Jamek. The location is perfect, just steps away from Masjid Jamek LRT station and close to many attractions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money, with plenty of food options nearby. It can be a bit noisy due to the central location, but overall it’s an excellent choice for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I'm from Indonesia and recently found a cheap but comfortable hotel, the room is clean and fragrant, the mattress is soft, you get 2 pillows per person 😄 the staff is also friendly and helpful, especially the staff named Ain 😍 The hotel's location is close to everywhere, the only downside is that it's noisy 😄 because it's near the monorail route. Next time I'll stay here again... Recommended guys...❤️
