Elevator: not working. Hot water: not working. Room door: couldn't be locked from the inside (I changed rooms twice and was asked to choose from three different options. All three? Still couldn't lock the door from the inside. Imagine the horror if a woman was staying there). Breakfast: All the food was cold, even though it was still 8 a.m. when I had breakfast. Cleanliness: The hot water kettle had jam residue and still contained water from someone who had stayed there from who knows what era, and a film had formed on the surface. In the closet, there was a messy cloth. TV: It worked but the display was tingly. The room was dimly lit, so I had to have the bulbs replaced. The wooden furniture was so old that it made a noise every time I opened it. In short: an old, neglected hotel.

The bathroom lights were too dim, the AC was too noisy, the TV was too small and had no other channels, no sound, and no power outlet for my cell phone.

The bath water is yellow/cloudy, there are very few plugs in the room, there is no soap in the bathroom.
