I visit Dallas regularly for work i always stay here rooms are small apartments and beds are comfortable

Everything went well at this location. We stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown Dallas and to the highways. The kitchen set up was a plus. If I ever visit Dallas again, I will stay here.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff who were available were attentive and friendly, especially Anu at the front desk and Leah in the restaurant. However, the “free airport shuttle” is only available for Love Field, not DFW so false advertising on their website as well as Expedia. And, no porters to assist with luggage so I had to figure out how to move all my bags from my international flight in and out of the hotel.

The property itself is wonderful; however, the area around the property is less than stellar. Car break-ins are frequent due to the area around the property.

This property was a gem in regard to the room quality and bedding. Most comfy hotel beds we've slept upon in ages. Highly recommended for coming in clutch for us. However, don't expect much in service with dining. Long wait time. The one gentleman running the place was doing everything (it seemed); i.e., server, bartender, and chef!

Elevators don’t work

I stay there almost every other weekend the past couple times had an storm and wake us up in the middle of the night this past day there was red stains on the counter, dirty diapers in the trashcan, hand towel, and wash rags have been used by somebody and left on the counter And food was left in the refrigerator. I let Brandon know at the front desk on checkout day and he didn’t know what to say except for the sounds very unusual. I called down to the lady that checked me in Gracie I think told her about it and also called when I found out there was food and such and diapers Have been used and left in the room and is all I was told by a gentleman with an accent was OK I’ll send somebody up there and we first arrived. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, but they came promptly and fix that and then all these other things happens and we noticed throughout the evening when we left and came back.

Clean friendly staff

It's no frills, but it did the job I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind, especially the two girls in the restaurant/bar. A man came into my room, unannounced, while I was in the bathroom. That was weird. I'm not sure who he was or why he was there, but we startled each other. If he was maintenance, he definitely should have knocked and announced himself prior. The airport shuttle was a nice touch.

There swimming pool is really nice staff is friendly an kind

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. When we called for help with the HDMI input on the TV, they said it wasn’t working. We were able to figure it out ourselves, so it obviously was working. The cooktop wasn’t working. They said they’d send someone up. When we called back about ten minutes later, they hung up. When we called back, they asked us to hold, then hung up. When we came down to ask for help, they admitted that everyone on the maintenance crew was gone for the day.

Great place to stay!

Restaurants grills were “down” and not able to cook entrees. They microwaved a potato called baked and somehow it still was not to a temp that would melt butter. Room was adequate definitely nothing special. Seemed cleanish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lights outside the room felt like prison lights. So bright the room was still lite up in the middle of the night.

It is a nice place with all the amenities you need for a short or long vacation

The place was surprisingly very nice! The area is not the best, the highway noise wasn't ideal either. However, the property, room, breakfast, and everything in between was great. I would 100% stay again if I was in the area. Even though in the midst of Dirty D, is not where I like to be.

Excellent location for us near UT Southwestern Medical facilities. Lots of noise on interstate side of property. Heat/AC thermostat does not have an option to have fan run constantly. That usually would help with noise. Unit has constant fan capability but thermostat doesn’t. Breakfast is good if your room includes it.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We plan on staying again. The service was great. Everyone was friendly the breakfast that comes with your room is amazing every morning they add a little something different. I’ve stayed at many hotels. I will definitely put this one up in my top five for the money did I mention I had a great room too the rooms are really nice.
