Great place to stay. The only slight issue is having to go to an alternate place for the check-in but other than that the location is perfect. Close to Metro, restaurants, 7-11 few steps away. Clean, great spaces. The hosts were awesome, thanks for everything.

We were lucky to choose this property. The house is spacious, great to experience a more traditional type of accommodation. Location is on a network of small streets with restaurants and cafes throughout. Nearby to shopping district, river and 20 min walk to Kyoto station.

Large traditional house, but modern styling, with a step up to the main rooms. 3 good size bedrooms but no drawers or clothes hanging space in 2 bedrooms. No chairs to sit on in the main living space. The downstairs bathroom and toilet was a bit inconvenient.
