The first time I rented an apartment, I usually rented a hotel. It turned out the apartment was completely empty, and I had to bring everything myself, like towels, toiletries, and slippers. There were no hangers, and the chair was broken. That was it, that was it.

The room was okay, clean, very comfortable, and had a great view. The briefing wasn't clear enough; perhaps the key collection briefing could be made clearer. Overall 9/10

The room smells of cigarettes, the floor is dirty, the curtains are about to come off, the bathroom is dirty and crusty, there is no signal

There are many places to eat around the apartment, fast response service, thank you

My deposit money has not been returned until now, since November 5th

Check-in was delayed for up to 1.5 hours, there was no Wi-Fi, and there was no network, and it was incredibly boring. Even when I asked questions, the answers were unhelpful, mostly just read aloud. Especially since it was my first time checking in like this without a receptionist, I wasn't helped, and instead I was the one asking people around me how to do it.

Check in had to wait 2/3 hours, we wasted our time there,,

The electricity went out on the first day of our stay.

Its really terrible. The respond is very slow and i have to wait 1 hour for the check in. The room and the pictures is very different and also the room and balcony is very dirty the bed is so hard that i m cannot sleep at all, the wifi is not working and the room doesn’t have any signal, i’ve told to them and they did not respond at all overall its a terrible places and service for someone want to book this place must think 100X

Good, easy and fast service.

The room was quite comfortable but the bed was very hard and the water in the bathroom suddenly turned off. The deposit was returned on time.

Bad service, deposit return takes a long time, chatted many times but ignored.

Tokyo riverside unit 16/5 the mattress is really hard, this makes it very uncomfortable because I can't sleep, my body is sore. There is no water heater. The TV is not a smart TV, the wifi doesn't work. The cleanliness of the room is okay.
